Health & Safety for the Mining Industry with SAP Fieldglass

The Fieldglass H&S applications were developed for a group of mining companies in South Africa. The effects of Covid-19 are particularly damaging for South Africa's mining industry, where thousands of contingent workers travel from their home to the mines everyday. The combination of the worker and supervisor apps work as a proof of concept of how the spread of covid-19 could be mitigated within the mining industry. The project involved me, Aaron Ambrose, Vivien Boche and Carl Streatfield. I was responsible for developing the supervisor iOS app, which uses native Apple frameworks and Flir One Thermal Camera SDK.
