Experience Centre Assistant
An AI assistant built as the operational backbone of the SAP UK Experience Centre, managing visitors, controlling the space, and handling demos through a single conversational interface.

The SAP UK Experience Centre runs a constant stream of customer visits, each one tailored and each one needing the space set up and ready. This assistant was built to handle that operationally, replacing a fragmented set of manual tasks with a single AI interface that the team could just talk to.
Through natural conversation, it managed visitor schedules and welcome messages, controlled the smart lighting throughout the space, dispatched and interfaced with robotic agents, and generated live analytics visualisations and AI imagery on demand. For customers in the room, it also served as a live demonstration of what AI-powered enterprise tooling actually looks and feels like in practice: not a mock-up, but a real working system running the space around them.
It ran on SAP BTP, with AI models served via SAP AI Core, and was eventually succeeded by a full rewrite that introduced a proper agentic architecture and a reusable chat component that could be embedded across any demo in the space.
