SAP's flagship Innovation Labs event for 2020 — conceived and built over two months before being cancelled due to Covid-19.
InnovationX 2020 was SAP UK’s flagship Innovation Labs event, planned to showcase the art of the possible to customers across industries. The Labs team spent January through March conceiving, designing, and building a full suite of interactive demonstrations — including the Fan Experience App, AR experiences, and AI-powered showcases.
The event was cancelled in March 2020 due to Covid-19 restrictions. Many of the showcases built for InnovationX were subsequently repurposed for individual customer engagements throughout the year.
