Insight into Action with Qualtrics

The Insight into Action demo is a showcase of how a user's feedback (or experience data) can automatically trigger actions that resolve the user's problems. The video (a test run I did just before the lockdown) shows a user expressing that they "wish the store was cleaner" on a survey built into an iOS app using the Qualtrics for iOS SDK. As soon as the survey is done, the Qualtrics XM platform analyses the user's response, and triggers a robotic cleaner to clean the store.
